- Review contracts.
- Extract the metadata terms from contracts.
- Process contracts via the CLM system.
- Ensure the quality of work as per the required parameters.
- Responsible for doing the first-level review of Contract documents.
- Assess own performance and take accountability for own actions.
- Communicate effectively with other team members.
