DDI Internship 2026 – Job Description

The Legal Intern is a varied position. Projects will include review of corporate policies, legal research on varying topics, reviewing client contracts and document language, and assigning various risk levels of applicable contract language. This paid internship is available through the summer months with an opportunity to extend September forward. Internship schedule will be full-time (40 hours) in the summer and part-time (20 hours) in September per week.

DDI Intern Jobs 2026 – Responsibilities

• Work with General Counsel to create risk level criteria.
• Review client master agreements noting risk level on ownership, data security, and liability.

These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.

• Undergraduate Degree
• Actively attending an ABA accredited law school (at least one year completed)
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Interest in privacy, legal research, and contracting a plus
