Job description For International Voice Process Associate!! Responsibilities
- Process US healthcare claims with accuracy and within timelines.
- Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Utilize quick decision-making skills to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
