Job description for Sagility India
- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing exceptional customer support and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
- Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.

- 0-2 years of experience in BPO voice processes (international calling) or similar industries.
- Strong communication skills in English language with ability to understand diverse accents and dialects.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
