Roles & Responsibilities for JRK Research
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide support through voice and non-voice processes
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues
- Maintain customer interaction records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure timely response to customer queries
- Follow company guidelines and support procedures
