- Drive used car loan disbursements by effectively managing and improving Sales Officer productivity.
- Contribute to branch profitability through consistent business growth and quality portfolio management.
- Maintain key performance metrics, including targeted WIRR and processing fee benchmarks.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of Post Disbursement Documents (PDD).
- Track portfolio performance closely and coordinate prompt resolution of overdue or exception (ED) cases.
