- Promote and sell the bank’s retail banking products and third-party financial products, including life insurance, general insurance, mutual funds, and loans, in line with assigned business targets.
- Consistently achieve monthly business goals and revenue targets as defined by the organization.
- Generate leads and referrals to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer visits to increase product awareness and business opportunities.
- Engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships, increase deposits, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Process customer transactions and service requests accurately and within defined timelines.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and minimal complaints.
